Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Stamping Press Set-Up Operator to join our press room on 3rd shift! We offer flexible 3rd shift hours starting hours from 8:30pm-11pm.

+$2/hour shift premium on top of base pay and paid 30-minute lunch!

Great work variety! Producing parts for defense, agriculture, heating/cooling, automotive, consumer, and many other industries!!!

Position Will be Responsible for:

• Setting up & operating progressive stamping dies in presses ranging from 30 to 200 ton presses
• Position may be required to set-up operate multiple presses simultaneously
• Troubleshooting as needed
• Independently reading blueprints & perform all part inspections as required

Qualified Candidates will:

• Be proficient/independently able to setup metal stamping presses and progressive dies
• Be mechanically inclined & detail orientation
• Possess a production mindset
• Have a reliable, honest, strong work ethic
• Desire to learn & meet customer due dates
• Have strong blueprint reading abilities, prior experience using visual measurement equipment for inspection preferred (Optical Comparator, Smart scope etc.)
• Some proficiency or experience in setting up running dies for finer/tight tolerance stamped parts

Starting pay based on years applicable prior experience.
