10 Years Running Top Workplace looking for a dedicated person to join our Quality team as an Inspection Technicians to support growth in our sheet metal fabrication & welding departments!

Starting pay will be assessed based on either welding or inspection/quality related experience. Willing to train those without formal quality/inspection experience but have hands on welding experience.

Position will be Responsible for:

  • Leading visual/hands on inspection processes for welding, paint subcontracting & other sheet metal operations
  • Assist in preparing first-article, in-process, final, & other required inspection paperwork as needed
  • Assist in final/in process inspection for our production weld cell, & all fabrication work cells
  • Supporting hands on dimensional inspection needs using bench/standard measuring tools as needed
  • Work with department/cells leads & production to ID and correct areas of non-conformance
  • Assist in maintaining calibration system/processes


Qualified Candidates Will:

  • Have some prior welding or metals manufacturing experience
  • Experience in performing some level of independent inspection on parts in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Have foundational blueprint reading abilities & be able to use standard hand measuring equipment (tapes, calipers, height stand, gages etc.) independently
  • Must be comfortable/proficient with computers, Microsoft Excel, data entry
  • High proficiency in math, problem sensitivity, & critical thinking
  • Be comfortable communicating information proactively & being a customer representative
  • Team orientated mindset, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done
